We are proud to share that our Series B1 non-institutional investment round, hosted on R Europe (formerly Seedrs), was fully subscribed within just 22 hours by pre-registered investors.

The strong response demonstrates the depth of interest from the retail investment community in Altilium’s mission and growth.

This round was designed to strengthen our ties with local communities, particularly those in regions where our recycling plants are located, and to raise national awareness of the UK’s vital role in the emerging circular battery economy.

The enthusiastic uptake highlights the growing appetite among UK retail investors for climate tech solutions that deliver real impact.  Altilium is working to support the UK’s transition to net zero and bolster industrial resilience by recycling old EV batteries into high-quality battery materials. By 2040, our goal is to supply up to 50% of the lithium, nickel, and cobalt needed for the UK’s electrified supply chain through domestic, circular sources.

Due to the overwhelming demand, we are pleased to announce that we will be allocating additional shares when the round opens to the wider public Monday 16th June.
